Overdue but still want natural unmedicated birth
40+3 aiming for natural unmedicated birth.... do not want to be induced but Im scared that once I hit 41-42 weeks my chance of being induced is higher and then my plans of a natural birth kinda go out the window because I’m not sure I can manage pitocin contractions without an epidural.
I hear about the risks to the baby and the placenta not functioning as well after 42 weeks. What if he doesn’t come on his own???
