Back spasms 23 weeks
I’ll be 24 weeks on Thursday and just today my middle and lower back have been feeling off. Spasming randomly and it catches me off guard. I didn’t have this pain with my first pregnancy. Is this normal? Baby has been moving around like normal today but I’m just concerned. No cramping but more than usual discharge today
