11 weeks, bleeding but no pain

Of course my doctors office just closed for the day and they don’t have an after hours number. I’m not having any cramping or pain, and I just had an ultrasound 2 days ago and everything looks perfect and normal. But I just used the restroom and when I wiped there was bright red blood, enough to cover the toilet paper, but no blood clots or anything. Would you go to the urgent care? Or just wait it out and see. I put a pad on just to see if there’s anything else.
