Is this a positive OPK?

Hello ladies I’ve recently experienced a miscarriage I had a d and c over two weeks ago now. And it seems I’m getting all of my ovulation symptoms before I’m getting my first post miscarriage period. Which is possible if you think about it as you need to ovulate in order to get a period. But we didn’t even know this was possible. And have been having unprotected sex without even realising getting pregnant again so soon after is even possible. Which we have discussed and are okay with it.
