Regular period with Pcos!?

Is it possible to have regular period on pcos ? My cycles are regular 29-30 days and i usually have a positive opk test around cd 15-16.... i have been ttc for 5 yrs with unexplained fertility... i have all pcos symptoms but regular period

Yes it’s possible (I don’t have cyst no hormones imbalance no thyroid issues but symptoms of pcos) have you been checked out have your partner got his sperm checked? Have you confirmed you actually ovulate via ultrasound and bloodwork?

I have pcos and have a regular period. It all just depends on the type of PCOS that you have I think.
