Weaning off breast and onto formula

Hey mama’s

I haven’t been able to pump “extra”. My supply I guess is running low and I’m so unsure what to do.

Baby’s diapers are still wet and he doesn’t act hungry so I think he’s getting just enough but my pump supply is lacking.

I know I eventually need to get on meds (I have MS) and have to wean him but my question is how.

I’ve only been able to bottle feed him at night, currently 4 oz breast and 1 oz formula but day time feedings he fights me like crazy and won’t take the bottle at all and I don’t wanna “ waste “ any breast milk.

What’s your best advice? How should I proceed? Is this going to end up being an “he will eat when he’s hungry” deal and he won’t really transition easily? Im so confused I’ve never done this before and I feel like no one talks about it. I’ve tried the search option but I’m not bringing up much with whatever key words im using. Any advice or help is appreciated. Thank you!
