Ovulation test!?

I brought some ovulation test but I have no idea what the results mean!  Please help

A positive test is the left line as dark as or darker than the control line.

Test is negative. The test line needs to be as dark or darker than control line to be considered positive. Once you get a positive, ovulation should occur 12-48 hours later, but would need to be temp to actually confirm ovulation as Opks only detect LH surge.
