Really low temperature BBT? Help please
Hi guys,
I have a question - I’ve been tracking my bbt for about 3/4weeks now and on 2 occasions my temperature states I’m 34.7-9.
It won’t allow me to record this as apparently it’s too low? What does this mean? I’m pretty sure I’m healthy. Recorded 1st thing in the morning before getting out of bed. I do use my armpit though as it’s only the thermometer I have in the house....
Would that affect it?
