Feeling like she basically took over

I’m planning my sister bachelorette and bridesmaids haven’t been helpful it’s been like pulling teeth to get them to suggest things. One bridesmaid who I’ve known since I was 5 texted me asking if I was free to talk about my sisters bach. The call was basically her just taking over and planning everything.

She started getting an itinerary set and had already started on making one through an invite website.
