Normal?

I had a partial membrane sweep today. My cervix was still a little high and thick and I was only 1cm dilated. I know cramping is normal but I’ve been having small white chunks of discharge come out kinda looks like tissue bits or something . I highly doubt it’s a yeast infection since I was checked for that not too long ago and this only occurred after the sweep. Is it because of the gel she uses on her gloves or is a change in discharge normal afterwards? It feels like my whole vagina is about to fall out too😩🥲
