Morning Sickness at Work

Does anyone have any tips or tricks? I have a job that is constantly outside walking (I can walk about 10 miles a day just working!) - I have to give tours constantly throughout the day. I am so nervous because the past couple of days that I’ve had off I’ve been throwing up randomly during the day. I’m worried that this will happen while I’m at work with a group and nowhere to go to do it...
