Is this a yeast infection or bv? Please help

I did a self swab today to find out but they are saying it can take 3-4 days for results and I’m incredibly uncomfortable and 20 weeks pregnant :(

A few days ago my clit area got a little swollen and red then itchy and I haven’t really had any discharge except for inside my lips like by the clit area too not like coming out of my vagina hole but thick white stuff has been in my lips .

Then last night it starting smelling kind of bad ? Idk like what though and also burning sometimes.

Not when I pee just in general.

So they were like well u can start monistat if you think it’s a yeast infection but I have no idea bc ive never had one. What do u think? Should I just wait or do monistat
