High AMH at 30

So we took this cycle off from medication and IUIs. We've had 5 failed previous ones. I thought I had implantation bleeding on Monday. It was pink and very light and nothing since then. Today my period started. I called our RE to start our last IUI cycle before IVF. He told me my AMH level is 5.4 - that seems high for a 30 yr old. I have no symptoms of PCOS. Anyone else with that high of AMH with success stories? I'm so bummed again this month. Was hoping for a Christmas miracle. Plus my sister just found out she is pregnant again. I'm losing my mind.
