Headache Won’t Go Away 💆🏻‍♀️

I’ve had a headache since yesterday afternoon that will not go away. I’ve been taking Tylenol, eating, drinking water, and stretching my neck, but nothing seems to help.

I’m 20+3 and this happened around 13 weeks also. The nurse said “Any headache that lasts more than 24 hours and doesn’t clear up with Tylenol and sleep, we need to know about.” I’m going tomorrow for my anatomy scan and an appointment so I didn’t call today, but I’ll mention it tomorrow.

Does anyone know what this could be? It’s mostly on my left side all the way from my forehead up and around and down into my neck.

Every time I go to my appointments, my blood pressure is like 120/72 or less so I don’t think it’s high blood pressure. 🤷🏻‍♀️
