Am I miscarrying?

Hello everyone, I am about 7 weeks pregnant ever since I found out, I have been spotting on and off, Two days ago the spotting turned into bright red bleeding so I went to the ER, they did an ultrasound and saw a healthy baby with a heartbeat of 111. The next day I started bleeding more and today it’s even heavier like a period with small clots (sorry TMI) , I got my hcg levels drawn and will find out what they are later today. Has anyone experienced this and went on to have a healthy pregnancy, just need reassurance as I feel very pessimistic. I don’t see how things can be normal after so much bleeding. But it’s been less than 48 hrs since I saw a healthy baby.
