So confused.

So I am now on my second round of clomid. I started out on 50 mg and had all the side effects. I was vomiting, had stomach tenderness, had to pee all the time, had major headaches etc. I got an opk that was almost a positive (shown in picture), and when I went in for my 21 day progesterone blood draw they told me I didn't ovulate. So now I'm on 100 mg of clomid this month and take provera to start my cycle and have not had a single symptom this month, as well as am on cycle day 17? And have not even had a faint second line at all on my opk strips.... all extremely negative. What is going on??? Could it not have worked at all this month???
