Update on my abortion post and what’s going on I have preeclampsia

I went to check Bcz I thought I was having a miscarriage and they said I have preeclampsia

He didn’t end up seeing me and said his brother hasn’t came home so idk if he’s gonna see me today I’m scared and I really need him rn any other opinions or advice guys 😭and all I’ve been doing is crying I can’t eat sleep or anything my morning sickness is medium my job is in transportation and I can’t even do that without vomiting I’ve missed 2 days of work and scared to lose my job my heart hurts and I feel so alone I have no one to go to and I need nothing more than his support
