How do you deal with the anxiety of being pregnant after a MC?
I am 5 weeks and 1 day and can’t stop thinking of all the things that could go wrong. I had a miscarriage at almost 8 weeks in December. It was my first pregnancy. I know it’s very common but I can’t help thinking it’s going to happen again. Every time I go to the bathroom I half expect to see blood. I usually go to the gym 5 days a week but now I’m way too scared. For all you who have gone through this, please let me know how you overcame the anxiety. I want to be excited and enjoy this pregnancy but I can’t let myself. Thanks!
