Low iron
Can low iron cause you to miss your period??
I’m super late this month (I’m very regular) but I noticed even before I was due that my iron seemed pretty low.. my tongues been super painful and I know that happens when you’re low on iron too & it’s kinda just dawned on me could that be reason
