I'm so confused

I'm lost. My husband and I have been trying and I feel so dumb for asking this. My average cycle days is 39 since I have irregular periods but I haven't had a period since Feb 12, 2021. I took two tests about a week ago, they were both negative from what I saw. Then today I went to wipe and there was light light pink spotting just like in my last pregnancy (which ended in MC, unfortunately).

Is it possible to skip a period, have sex, and then end up pregnant in like a month and a half time period? Again, sorry for asking but I just don't want to get my hopes up. I'm just so confused because I was actually getting "regular" on 39 days.
