I could never quit no matter how much I wanted to. Luckily when I got pregnant, the smell and taste made me feel so ill so instead of cutting down I just went cold turkey. It’s only been 4 weeks but I don’t think I’ll go back to smoking again

Im using patches and I got this thing that’s like a straw but looks like a cig and tastes minty. Nice for when I like to go outside for a break and I can feel like I’m smoking but I’m not. This is like my 3rd time trying to quit so I’m seeing a dr on Monday to talk about a medicine to help. Also, lollipops (sugar free) are good for the hand to mouth motion, too

Figure out you’re triggers (which may seem like everything at first) and try to avoid them or do something else. I smoke when I’m stressed and have been able to quit but always come back. It’s a love hate relationship. Patch, gum.
