Meal ideas
I’m really struggling with healthy meal/snack ideas! I’m pumping so I know I need to be eating well but I’m so unmotivated and just keep grabbing for chips and sweets. I feel like I either barely meet my calorie goal because I’m skipping meals or the majority of my calories are girl scout cookies🍪
What is everyone eating? I need some healthy inspiration! (Preferably quick things that can be eaten with one hand because you know...mom life)
