I may be infertile

So, I think I may be infertile. When I was 14, I stopped having a period for almost 6 months, and I was still a virgin so I got put on birth control to regulate my periods. I’ve recently stopped taking the birth control because I didn’t like how it was affecting me mentally, and I’ve gotten a few periods since stopping. But now I’m not getting my period again, and I took multiple pregnancy tests that all came out negative. Could I be infertile? Can the at home fertility tests tell me if I’m indefinitely infertile?
