I went to my lady doctor for the first time, I’m 21. My periods have always been irregular, and have really bad cramps that come with them. She recommended 2 different IUDs. These are hormonal but non estrogen due to family history of cancer.

Please tell me your experience with either if you have had one.

Please tell me your horror stories.

I need all the details and opinions I can get that way I know which one to choose.
