Red face.. teething???

Has anyone’s baby had a red face similar to this whole teething??? 😖 we did just start (and now stopped) adding whole cows milk to breastmilk! Not sure what is going on! I am lost.. he is also pulling at his ears some.. 99.3 temp- goes down after Tylenol

My kids only got red cheeks from teething, not the whole face.

My youngest and my middle one both got red cheeks while cutting teeth, but it was only ever their cheeks and not the rest of their faces.

Definitely could be teething but I’m thinking possibly an ear infection. My son has had 3, and he always gets red and pulls at his ears and really fussy!!

My little one gets a red face but it's mostly around his mouth from putting his hands in his mouth. What has temp ran??? 100.4 or higher is a fever . Also when they teeth the pain radiates through their jaw so they may pull at their ears because of it. I would probably put a call in to the pediatrician or even make an appointment just to rule out an ear infection.
