Precipitous labor PTSD
My husband and I want to have a second child but I’m beyond scared for the labor part again. I had my daughter within 45 minutes of my first contraction. There was no time for pain meds and I barely made it to my room. I lost a lot of blood due to how quickly she came. If any of you ladies have any advice to get over the anxiety and fear I would love to hear it! Thanks!
