Phantom Kicks

I have had 2 pregnancies. First I miscarried at about 9 weeks. Second, I gave birth to my son at 29 weeks. He's now almost 2 😊 I found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago. I'm about 8 weeks and 4 days. Having my first Dr's appointment 4/12. On to my question...

For the past week and a half, I have felt as if baby were kicking. Now I know it's extremely early, but it doesn't feel like gas. It literally feels like I feel baby moving in there. I have never felt kicks this early. With my son, I started feeling them at about 12 weeks I think. I'm just curious, has anyone else felt this before this early??? Could these be phantom kicks? 🤔
