Mucus plug?

Edit: I have had some cramping since then but baby is still moving around and the cramping has been every so often but stops when I move around a bit.

I'm currently 34 weeks and noticed what could be my mucus plug or part of it when I wiped after using the bathroom.

Being my first pregnancy I'm not sure how to tell if it could have been my mucus plug or something else. At my last midwife appointment the midwife said baby could come early as I am already producing colostrum and have been for a few weeks (my grandma also said I possibly would too as it seems first time mums go early in our family)
