When to stop worrying!

My LO is 10 weeks and EBF. I'm wondering when I can stop worrying about supply. I'm feeding on demand and he's growing well. His schedule is just so random and usually nurses from one side (I alternate). So that means other side is not being used for 4-6 hrs at a time. Is this ok?  Should I pump side he's not nurising on?  Do I have to?  What do you all think??

Do you offer your second breast after he finishes the first? Even if he only has a little, it will help your body to know to continue producing.

My baby seems to be full after nursing from one side also (10weeks). However, at night I offer both to fill him up and hopefully sleep longer and am surprised at how often he nurses for 5-10 min on 2nd side.

I'd pump on the other side while you nurse so that your body knows to continue producing milk. You can always store it for a later time you need to be away from your LO.

What I use to do was nurse from one side and pump the other side at the same time.. I then became a milk factory.. lol
