Side effects ?

I have been taking a Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Blend for 2 days. Day 1 was fine. Day 2 morning was fine. Evening not so much. Don’t know if it is the pills or what I ate.

Had some waffles for dinner. Kids favorite. Took pills and sat down. 15 minutes later couldn’t stop throwing up. Then stopped. About an hour later stomach started hurting again and had (TMI) diarrhea.

Keep taking them and maybe it was the waffles. Too much sugar. Or stop?

I know you all ain’t doctors. Looking for personal experiences.
