When to worry about swollen feet in pregnancy?

Yesterday I noticed my feet swelled up. It wasn’t as noticeable in my ankles but definitely in my feet. I had my baby shower yesterday so I was up and walking around all day in very flat sandals that were kind of tight too. I also flew on a short airplane ride to get into town the day before. I know swelling can be normal, but when is it cause for concern? I’ll definitely mention it to my doctor at my next apt.

Towards the end of my first pregnancy my feet swelled pretty bad, and after birth my feet and ankles blew up so bad it hurt to bend my toes. I never had any blood pressure issues all throughout and after birth it was just from all the fluids they gave me while in the hospital. 
I’m 25 weeks tomorrow and my feet have started to slightly swell the later in the day it gets. I work from home in front of a computer all day so that doesn’t help but it also happens when I’m on my feet too long. It’s nothing serious yet, but I’m sure it’ll be the same as last time. As long as my blood pressure stays good, I’m not worried.

As long as your blood pressure is good its common. Especially in both of those situations. Just drink extra water, elevate, and avoid using hot water soaks on them
