Not to expensive foundation(looking)

Please i seen YouTube videos and they put on loads of foundation I dont usually wear make up but trying to get into ...

My skin is like this I hate it.. whats a good foundation that can be probably get from target.

Also do I have to put primer and powder on top of the foundation 🤔.. like I said I wasn't into make up..

Whats a good foundation for my face I've had fit me in the past...
