How often do you poop?

Weird question, but I maybe poop only once a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but that's my average and always has been. Is that normal?

No that’s not normal. I’d look into your diet and making sure you’re getting a good balance. Not getting enough fiber could be one reason, but you should be going at least once a day.

I probably poop twice a week on average but have definitely gone a week without pooping which is still normal for me.

You can have it checked but if nothing is piling up inside and everything is normal and healthy.. They will not intervene.
