So the doctor said my baby had eczema and the creams didn’t work... I went and bought an aloe leaf and put the aloe gel on it... his face is flawless now 🥰... It took a week after taking matters into my own hands because his skin has been having problems since 2 months he’s 5 months now.  I do the aloe and a natural Shea butter mix with cocoa butter.  After I apply the gel and it dries. Skin could vary 🤷🏾‍♀️. He is African American so mot sure but aloe and this cocoa butter mix is good for all skin types ☺️

Dreft detergent was giving my son rashes like that I switched to tide clear. Also started using mustela baby washes and it helped too.
