TTC after mc

I’ve had d two miscarriages this past year one in October and one in December. I had testing done and I found out that I have an Antithrombin clotting disorder that most likely caused my miscarriages. My doctor was really reassuring that with the addition of an aspirin a day and blood thinner shots once I conceive he feels I will have a successful pregnancy.

This is the first cycle we will be TTC again and I feel nervous. Has anyone else delt with this feeling before or with the clotting disorder? I want to be excited but I’m struggling.
