How often does your 3 month old cry?

Question

I read that babies stop crying so much when they hit 3 months of age, is this true?
I know every baby is different, but I'm trying to see what other people's experiences are/have been.
My son seems to still get upset/cry pretty frequently especially at night time.

My daughter generally only cries when she's hungry or needs changing but also has the odd cry just for funsies to keep us on our toes 😂

Once we got through the 3 month growth spurt (lots of cries), she rarely cries now. It’s crazy! She only fusses when she’s about to fall asleep. She seemed to find her voice after the 3 month growth spurt, too, and lovvvves to chat.

All babies are different. My son (now 21 months) cried all the time! He was such a grumpy baby as he was so unsettled and overtired from refusing to sleep. I wound spend hours cuddling him and feeding him to stop the tears. My daughter, now 3 months old cries very rarely and has been like that since birth. On an average day I would say she cries for collectively 2 minutes.

She doesn’t cry to just cry. She cries if she is hungry, wants to be held, has a wet diaper, or is overtired. She doesn’t just cry for minutes on end.

My baby is 12 weeks, 3 months on the 21st. He only tends to cry when he’s really upset like after his jabs, or when he startled himself awake. 
He doesn’t cry for bottles hardly ever just growls and tries to eats ours or his hands and when he wakes up he just grumbles or just stares at us until we notice him 😅
