Nursery help!

So my SO and I live with my father currently, my dad and I are VERY close. He’s giving us this opportunity to save up! Given the circumstances we will be here for a few months after baby girl is born meaning I won’t have a nursery, my question is...since we are going ahead and getting the crib/glider for her nursery once we do move should I go ahead and set up her crib inside of our room or keep it in the box? I am just beginning to nest and want to put stuff together but I want to be smart about this and make it easier not harder once we move.
