I got multiple positive pregnancy tests. According to a app I should be 5 weeks 5 days I went for a ultrasound. And we can see the sack but there isn’t a heartbeat and can’t actually see the baby. Please help me. What could this be I’m scared out of mind and don’t want to lose another baby
