Do i have to Pump?

Do I  have to pump? Baby started latching very good 2 days ago. Before, i would pump and do formula, because he is a premmie and he had truble latching.. Now that he started to latch very good, all i do is breastfeed during the day and formula during the night.. Im afraid if i stop pumping I might lose supply.. Any advice??

You don't have to but I wouldn't do formula at night do breast milk it'll give you even more supply

Not breastfeeding at night is hard on your supply. Once it regulates it will affect how much milk you make. Our bodies make the most milk at night. I would recommend breastfeeding all the time. You only need to pump if you want to go out or go to work. Good luck.

I can't imagine going the whole night without pumping if you are formula feeding. You'll get super engorged and it is not pleasant.
