Can I get pregnant?

I am TTC for my second child. For my first it happened right away within the first month of trying. I had a very painful delivery with hemorrhaging, preeclampsia & hematoma. The works. Now I am trying for a second baby and I have so much anxiety. We tried last month and it didn’t work although I only followed glow and did it 3 times in my fertile window. I am attaching my log for this month & 7th is when I got a solid smiley face on clearblue ovulation tracking. Has anyone else BD’d this way and gotten a BFP??

Thank you. Any and all advice is appreciated. I’m not feeling much but I’m super bloated. Period is due in about 6 days.
