1 large follicle- what does it mean?
I went for an internal ultrasound today. Not for ovulation tracking but to check everything was ok. The tech said my right ovary was normal but has 1 large follicle. Does that mean I have ovulated or I'm about to ovulate? Any help would be appreciated X thank you
