prenatal gene manipulation involves scientists changing a baby's genes before they are born. this can help prevent or alter certain genetic diseases that start in the womb and could potentially make a child resistant to certain other diseases.

this sounds great, but one concern is that it could essentially lead to a market of parents being able to pick and choose which genes their baby presents. how do you feel about it?
