Why do some get BFP at 8 dpo and others don’t?

What makes some women get a BFP at 8-10 dpo? I’ve seen all these BFP at 8 dpo and with my 3 babies the earliest I tested positive was at like 17dpo and it was a vfl. What’s the difference?

I’m sure someone’s gonna hate on this, but i think most people getting positive tests at 8 dpo miscalculated when they ovulated. 
We got a positive at 10 dpo, it was so so faint, and we knew our dates because we did a trigger and ultrasound and whole thing.

Because it has to do with when implantation happens for people. I got my positive at 8dpo with only 1 of my 5 pregnancies lol and yeah I know I was 8 dpo🤷🏻‍♀️ I never even test until after missed period usually- cause I have no symptoms anyways- I tested as a joke. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ovulation date could also be wrong
