Preg?

12 days till period I have pimples.... 1 sore boob so far! & sloght cramping every now & then my cycle goes for 28 days , could have I ovulated early? So confused it's this big blind pimple on my neck kills..... Never had one on my neck before & I had sex all threw my cycle ... I dunno what this could be 🤔
