Child support solution

Hi so far things been going okay with me and my x who is the father of my kids. Right now he is not allowed yet to see the kids hes almost 3 months sober. Anyways me and him talked about him giving me money weekly any solution how to go about that without him seeing the kids but help me financially. I am giving befit of the doubt with out court he doesnt know if he doesnt I will take it to court.

So everyone is clear he is a recovering addict it has not been that long been 2 months sober we have chatted about everything he has seen his two youngest once so far.

We are taken things slow and day by day. His first priority is him self and taken care of himself to be sober then comes the kids and us.

The more he proves and longer he stays cleaner the more and more he will be able to see his kids and ect.
