Sex spotting

Does anyone else spot/bleed after sex? I havent had sex since i got pregnant because i had early bleeding and have had a past miscarriage so i was too nervous. Now im 13.5 weeks so i did and instant bleeding. It isnt heavy or anything but it is red and it isnt even going on my hnderwear just there when i wipe alittle. Ive seen online that is can be normal. Just curious what others have to say. I have a drs appointment tomorrow regardless so ill ask but just checking
