HCG Levels 💉👶

Has anyone had a dip in hcg levels and then rise again? Dr diagnosed me last week with a miscarriage. Then bleeding stopped 2 days after (never any clots) a few days ago same thing. Dr told me I was definitely going to miscarry as my levels had dropped, didn't even tell me the numbers.

I have another Drs appointment today with a different Dr as I want to know what the levels were 5 days ago and to see if they can repeat blood test.

I currently have no bleeding or pain. I haven't bled for 3 days now. When I did bleed it varied in colour (brown to dark red) not heavy. Has this happened to anyone?? Or something similar 🥺🤯
