My 2 month old Fur baby! Need advice!

Hi everyone! This is my 2 month old German Shepherd and I need some advice on teething/biting. I’ve tried all types of toys, freezing chicken broth & peanut butter in a Kong. I have put him in time outs. I’ve also tried positive reinforcements but no matter what I do he bites and at first the bites weren’t to hard but he has gotten to the point of making me bleed and going way to aggressively. I signed up for classes ect to help train him but I need help before the 1st ! Please !!!! Any advice ! Anything I can try!
