Not pregnant after HSG 😔

I had an HSG test done this past month and now my period is starting. I’ve heard such great things about getting pregnant after the HSG test... I go this Thursday to discuss treatment and honestly I really wish I didn’t have to. I was so hopeful that it would just be my month and I would get my positive. I’m nervous to do treatment and take medication. My boobs were soo sore for 7 days and I was feeling sick in the evenings. It’s like my body wanted to screw with me. I know I have next cycle and I’m staying hopeful but ugh this is so annoying! 🙁
