Surprise baby?

Question

Has anyone done a surprise baby?
Where you didn’t know the sex until baby was born,
I have a girl and a boy already.
I  just been thinking of waiting until birth to find out but then again idk if I can lol
Pros? Cons?

We waited. I didn’t want people to buy traditionally gendered presents eg frilly pink things for a girl. We bought neutral things, as did everyone else. It was also fun to have people guess. My sister was adamant it was a girl and kept calling the baby the name I loved for a girl. 
It was a boy.

I don’t have kids but when I do I definitely will be having surprise gender. I think it’s exciting, and if you plan on having more kids it will be easier to use everything throughout all the kids.
